Despite their appraisals & recommended insured values of our jewelry, they knowingly low balled us and declared they had their own intetest to protect. We found the more equitable opportunities occurred when we traded direct with other consumers. So, Mocatta Direct developed a safe peer-to-peer platform to change how previously owned jewelry is exchanged.
